In June of 1981, the Church made an announcement to invite candidates for an up-coming six-week Lay Preacher Training Program and motivated by his newly found love and spirituality, the Reverend applied for the program and gained admission into the Ramsayer’s Seminary at Abetifi (Ghana).
The Reverend received his Evangelist Training in Ghana from 1982 to 1984 and during his graduation he was consecrated. He was sent on his first assignment to Anum Bosso as a District Evangelist and it was while at this post that he received a scholarship from the Presbyterian Church of Ghana to study a four year course at the Teacher Training College at Abetifi in Ghana.
Following his urge to step into Ministry, he began organizing the few people around him into a fellowship and that marked the start of his Ministry in the US
